Purchase and delivery terms

Last updated 2026-10-20. These terms apply to every purchase on this site. Please read them before you pay.

What you are buying

• Each listing is one specific Counter-Strike 2 item, identified by its pattern seed. Float, exterior, inspect link and Steam asset ID are shared on request before payment and can be checked in the trade offer.
• Product images are reference renders of the finish unless a listing says otherwise. They are not photos of the exact copy.
• Prices are in US dollars. Reference prices shown on listings are historical market data, not a guarantee of value.

Payment

• We accept BTC (Bitcoin network or BEP20), ETH (Ethereum mainnet or BEP20) and USDT (TRC20, BEP20 or ERC20). Send only on the network shown at checkout. Funds sent on another network or to another address may be unrecoverable.
• The crypto amount is calculated at the current market rate and locked for 30 minutes. Send the exact amount; you pay any network or exchange withdrawal fees on top.
• An order counts as paid once the transfer is confirmed on the blockchain for the exact amount and network quoted.
• If you underpay, we ask you to send the difference or we refund what arrived. If you pay after the quote expired, we re-quote at the current rate or refund.

Delivery

• Once your payment is confirmed we send a Steam trade offer to the trade URL you provided within 15 minutes. Check the item and accept the offer in Steam.
• Your Steam account must be able to trade (Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator enabled, no trade ban). If we cannot deliver because of your account, we will contact you; refunds in that case are less network fees.
• We never ask for your Steam password, API key, Steam Guard codes or for you to send us an item to “verify” anything.

Trade protection

Steam keeps items received in a CS2 trade trade-protected for seven days. During that time they cannot be traded or sold, and Steam allows certain reversals. We do not reverse completed sales. Steam’s own rules apply.

Refunds and cancellations

• You can cancel before you pay at no cost by closing the checkout.
• If we cannot deliver the item you paid for, we refund the full amount received to an address you confirm, minus the network fee for the refund.
• Once a trade offer has been accepted the sale is final.

Selling to us

Submitting an item through the sell form is not a commitment from either side. We may make an offer, and nothing is traded until both sides agree.

Your data

We store your email, Steam trade URL and order details only to process and support your order, and we do not sell them. Ask us at any time to delete data we no longer need for legal or accounting reasons.
